Terms of Use

ThemePark Cards

ThemePark Cards is a free theme park collectible card game. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the Community Rules.

ThemePark Cards is an independent fan project: it is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the parks shown. Park, ride and character names belong to their owners. Photos are credited to their authors.

Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account: keep your password to yourself.

If you are under 15, ask a parent before signing up.

You can sign in with your e-mail, Discord or Google, and delete your account at any time from the settings.

Cards, boosters and stars

Cards, boosters and stars are game items. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged for money.

To keep the game fair, we may adjust odds, rewards or cards, and correct gains obtained through a bug or cheating.

What you post

Your username and profile picture are visible to other players. You must have the right to use them and they must follow the Community Rules.

We may remove content, rename or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Your data

We only keep what the game needs: your username, e-mail, picture, collection, friends and, if you link them, your Discord or Google account IDs. Nothing is sold.

When you delete your account, this data is erased. All the details are in the Privacy Policy.

The service

The game is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but it may be interrupted, change or stop.

These terms may change: the date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
